Cara membuat Kuih Talam Labu Sago.
Ingredients 材料: ▶️ Pumpkin Layer (金瓜層) - tapioca flour 木薯粉 110g - plain flour 普通麵粉 40g - caster sugar 細砂糖 135g - salt 鹽 1/4 tsp - thick coconut milk 濃椰漿 200ml - water 清水 50ml - mashed pumpkin 金瓜泥 250g - sago 西米/沙穀粒 45g (soaked in water for 30 minutes and drain 水中浸泡30分鐘後去水)
Steam for 30 minutes over medium heat. 中火蒸三十分鐘。
▶️ White Layer (白色層) - rice flour 粘米粉 50g - tapioca flour 木薯粉 50g - caster sugar 細砂糖 40g - salt 鹽 1/2 tsp - water 清水 150ml - thick coconut milk 濃椰漿 200ml
Cook until thick over low heat. Pour onto pumpkin layer and steam for 15 minutes over medium heat. 小火煮至濃稠。倒在金瓜層上再以中火蒸十五分鐘。
