450克至500克 白蘿蔔1條(刨絲,擠干水分) 30克 蝦米 3粒蒜頭(剁碎)
350克粘米粉 80克木薯粉或小麥澱粉 (澄面) 500毫升清水 (包括泡浸蝦米的水) 2 湯匙 白糖 2 茶匙 細鹽 1 茶匙 胡椒粉 1 茶匙 雞精粉(選擇性)

Fried Radish Cake is also called Caitou cake, which can be eaten in ordinary dim sum restaurants. Many Chinese will eat this dim sum during the Lunar New Year, because the word Caitou is related to "Caitou" in Hokkien
Ingredients:
450g to 500g white radish (shredded and squeezed dry) 30g dried shrimp 3 garlic cloves (minced)
350g rice flour 80g tapioca flour or wheat starch 500ml water (including the water for soaking dried shrimp) 2 tbsp sugar 2 tsp fine salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp chicken powder (optional)
