Instructions: Beat the eggs and brown sugar at medium speed for about ten minutes until you can write the 8 number. The self-rising flour is sieved three times to add in and mixed well. Add corn oil and lemon juice and mix well in the same way. Pour the batter into an 8-inch round cake pan coated with oil and lined with baking paper, gently shake out bubbles, add some lemon shreds, and steam for 20 minutes over medium heat.
