Siu Mai (Shao Mai) is a type of steamed dumpling that comes in a variety of shapes and sizes. The glutinous Siu Mai is what we're making today. The flavour is distinct and delectable.

燒賣是一種蒸餃,有多種形狀和大小。糯米燒賣就是我們今天特別要做的。味道獨特而美味。

Soak glutinous rice in water for 4 hours & wash. Cover with water in a dish, add some salt & steam 25min over high heat.

糯米浸泡在水中四個小時,洗凈。 放入盤中水蓋過米加點鹽用大火蒸二十五分鐘。

➡️ Ingredients 食材: Glutinous Rice 糯米 500g Cooking Oil 食油 Garlic 蒜米 Shiitake Mushrooms 香菇 2pcs Mixed Beans 雜豆 50g Pinch of salt 鹽少許 Sugar 糖 1 tbsp Dumpling Skin 餃子皮

Steam 5 minutes over medium heat. 中火蒸五分鐘。
