Soak glutinous rice in water for 4 hours & wash. Cover with water in a dish, add some salt & steam 25min over high heat.
糯米浸泡在水中四個小時,洗凈。 放入盤中水蓋過米加點鹽用大火蒸二十五分鐘。

Steam 5 minutes over medium heat. 中火蒸五分鐘。
