➡️ Ingredients 材料 Palm Sugar (Gula Melaka) 椰糖 150g Coconut Milk 椰漿 200ml Eggs 雞蛋 4 pcs Pandan Leaves 班蘭葉 4 pcs
After breaking the coconut sugar into small pieces, add in coconut milk and cook over low heat until the sugar melts. After cooling, add eggs and stir well. Filter twice. Then simmer over low heat in a water-proof way until thicken.
椰糖打碎後加入椰漿用小火煮至糖溶化。 放涼後加入雞蛋攪拌均勻。過濾兩次。 再以隔水方式以小火煮至濃稠。
