很想喝奶茶但是又在減肥的小夥伴可以試試這個哦! 烤完伯爵紅茶貝果家裡都是奶茶香這個食譜是基礎配方。
➡️ Ingredients 材料: High Gluten Flour 高筋麵粉 250g Sugar 糖 30g Salt 鹽 4g Yeast 酵母 3g Egg 雞蛋 1 pcs Milk 牛奶 120ml Earl Grey Tea 伯爵紅茶 2g (1 pack) Butter 牛油 10g
➡️ Boil Bagels 煮貝果 Water 水 600ml Sugar 糖 30g
❤️Instructions:
1⃣ Mix all the ingredients in the dough (including butter), knead into dough.
2⃣ Divide the dough into 5 equal parts, and leave for 30 minutes.
3⃣Roll out the dough, press the edge at the bottom.
4⃣ Roll up from top to bottom, tighten the seams, and rub them a little longer.
5⃣Use a rolling pin to flatten one end of the dough, and the other end into a round shape. Receive it into the rolled part and close the mouth.
6⃣ Ferment for 30 minutes.
7⃣ When there are 10 minutes left in the fermentation, start to cook the water for the bagels. Add the water and sugar and cook on a low heat until small bubbles are formed.
8⃣ After the fermentation is complete, take out the baking tray and start cooking the bagels for 30 seconds per side. After cooking, quickly put them in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
❤️做法:
1⃣麵糰里所有材料混合(包括牛油),揉成麵糰。
2⃣麵糰平均分成5份,發酵30分鐘
3⃣麵糰擀長,下方壓邊
4⃣從上到下捲起,接縫處收緊,稍微搓長
5⃣用擀麵杖將麵糰一端擀扁,另一端成圓形收到擀開部分里,收口
6⃣發酵30分鐘
7⃣發酵還剩10分鐘時開始煮煮貝果的水,水和糖加入後用小火煮至冒小泡泡
8⃣發酵好,拿出烤盤,開始煮貝果,每面30秒,煮好後迅速放入預熱烤箱以200度烤15分鐘
