➡️ Ingredients 材料 Cream Cheese 奶油芝士 150g Milk 牛奶 50ml Condensed Milk 煉乳 130g 牛奶適量(用來泡軟蘇打餅) Milk (for soaking Cream Crackers) Cream Crackers 蘇打餅 125g Oats 燕麥 30g
☘️Instructions: 1. Melt the cream cheese by split heating in hot water until soft. 2. Add in melted cream cheese to mix well with condensed milk and milk, stir well for later use. 3. Prepare a box/mold (that can be demoulded) or cut baking paper next to it. 4. Prepare a deep plate and pour the milk into for cream crackers to soak in the milk for 3 seconds then take out. 5. Put soaked cream crackers in the first layer. If the size is not fit, use a knife or hand fold to trim it. After putting the cream crackers, pour the cream cheese batter on them, and then stack the cream crackers, repeat the above steps until the batter is used up. 6. Finally, a little batter is left and pour it to the top, sprinkle with oats and spread it out, and put it in the freezer for 4-5 hours. 7. After taking it out, it will be better to cut directly.
☘️製作方法 1. 將奶油芝士隔水加熱至軟。 2. 加入融化的奶油芝士與煉乳和牛奶混合均勻,攪拌均勻備用。 3、準備一個盒子/模具(可以脫模的)或者在旁邊剪下烘焙紙。 4.準備一個深盤子,將牛奶倒入,蘇打餅浸泡牛奶3秒後拿起。 5. 將泡好的蘇打餅放入第一層。如果尺碼不合適,可以用小刀或手摺修剪一下。放好蘇打餅後,把奶油芝士麵糊倒在上面,然後把蘇打餅疊起來,重複以上步驟,直到麵糊用完。 6、最後留少許麵糊倒在上面,撒上燕麥攤開,放入冰箱冷藏4-5小時。 7、取出後直接切好。
