▶️ Ingredients 材料: Whole Eggs 全蛋 3 pcs Egg Yolk 蛋黃 1 pcs Sugar 糖 90g Butter 牛油 65g Lemon 檸檬 3 pcs (Extract Lemon Zests 取檸檬絲) (Extract Lemon Juice 取檸檬汁 90ml)

Instructions: 1. Wash lemons with salt, take some lemon zests and extract 90ml of lemon juice. 2. Combine eggs, lemon juice and sugar, stir till sugar is completely dissolved. 3. Transfer mixture into a double boiler and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir continuously till a smooth texture is formed. 4. Leave to cool completely before storing in glass container. Ready to serve.
