材料: 五花肉(1lb) 蓮藕(2lb) 姜 蒜頭 八角 辣椒干 南乳(紅腐乳 2-3塊)+ 南乳汁 1 tsp 料酒 1 Tbsp (煮的時候再加一點點) 生抽 2 Tbsp 蚝油 2 Tbsp 黑胡椒粉 少許 冰糖 2-3 玉米澱粉 1 Tbsp
做法: -蓮藕削皮後切成小塊 -花肉後切成小塊 -切姜蒜 -把五花肉和姜蒜放一起,添加八角和辣椒干 -調味:添加南乳(和南乳汁)、料酒、生抽、蚝油、黑胡椒粉、冰糖和玉米澱粉,攪拌均勻,腌制2小時以上 -拿出Instant Pot,按sauté(開蓋炒)鍵爆香腌過五花肉的姜蒜、八角和辣椒干 -放入五花肉,倒一點料酒 -添加蓮藕和腌過五花肉的醬汁 -添加一杯水 -按一下Meat (肉類) 鍵 -放氣後打開蓋子,按sauté(開蓋炒)鍵收汁,出鍋
Ingredients: Pork Belly (1lb) Lotus Root (2lb) Ginger Garlic Star Anise Dried Chili Pepper Fermented Red Bean Curd (2-3) + Sauce (1 tsp) Cooking Wine 1 Tbsp (Add a little bit more while cooking) Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce 2 Tbsp Black Pepper Crystal Sugar (2-3) Cornstarch 1 Tbsp
Instruction: - Cut lotus root into small pieces - Cut pork belly into bite-size - Cut ginger and garlic - Put pork belly, ginger, and garlic in the same bowl. Add star anise and dried chili pepper to it -Marinate with fermented red bean curd and sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, crystal sugar, and cornstarch. Mix them well and marinate for at least 2 hours -take out Instant Pot, press sauté button to sauté ginger, garlic, star anise, and dried chili pepper (used in marinade) -Pork belly in and add a little cooking wine. Stir -Lotus root in and add the leftover marinade. Stor -Add a cup of water. Stir -Press the meat button -Let pressure release, open the lid and press sauté button to thicken sauce. Done!
