天氣太熱,就想吃冰冰涼涼的甜品~ 芒果燕菜糕~嫩滑Q彈~冰冰涼~ 做法也超級簡單!

一個長方模(21cm x15cmx6cm)

材料:

椰漿層 40克 糖 4克 燕菜粉 (1 3/4 茶匙) 1茶匙 玉米粉 200毫升 椰漿 100毫升 清水 1/2茶匙 鹽

透明層 50克 白糖 6克 燕菜粉 (2茶匙) 1茶匙 玉米粉 400毫升清水

芒果1粒(切小丁)

*添加玉米粉的目的是避免燕菜出水

A rectangular mold (21cm x15cmx6cm)

Ingredients:

Coconut milk layer: 40g sugar 4g agar-agar powder (1 3/4 tsp) 1 tsp corn flour 200ml coconut milk 100ml water 1/2 tsp salt

Transparent layer: 50g white sugar 6g agar-agar powder (2 tsp) 1 tsp corn flour 400ml water

1 mango (cut into small cubes)

*The purpose of adding corn flour is to prevent watery
