做法: 1. 燒熱鍋,下蒜頭炒至香 2. 下雞肉碎,炒熟 3. 下大豆芽碎,炒熟 4. 加入水,鹽調味 5. 下辣椒,炒均 6. 熄火,上菜

Ingredients: 3 cloves of garlic (mince it) 1 big bowl of soybean sprout (wash, remove the roots, and mince it) 1 small bowl of minced chicken ½ red chilli (cut it) ¼ tsp salt 1 small bowl of water
Steps: 1. Heat the wok, add and saute garlic 2. Add in minced chicken, fry till cooked 3. Add in minced soybean sprout, fry till cooked 4. Add in water and salt 5. Add in chilli, fry evenly 6. Turn off the gas, done!
