Filling 餡料: 170g coconut palm sugar (椰糖) 3 pandan leaves cut into smaller pieces (班蘭葉,剪小片) 100ml water (水) 300g grated coconut (白椰絲) 1/2 tsp salt (鹽)
Glazing (蛋液) : 1 whole egg (1粒全蛋) 1 tbsp water (水)
