▶️ Fillings 餡料 Salted Egg Yolks 鹹蛋黃 5 pcs (浸米酒,食用油) (soaked in rice wine, cooking oil) Melon Seeds 瓜子 45g Preheat oven to 180°C and bake around 5 minutes. 烤箱預熱至 180°C,烘烤約 5分鐘。
Filling 1 (餡料 1) Red Bean Paste 豆沙餡 150g (5 x 30g) (Mix with Melon Seeds, 與瓜子混合) (Then add in salted egg yolk) (之後再加鹹蛋黃)
Filling 2 (餡料 2) Pandan Red Bean Paste 班蘭豆沙餡 200g (5 x 40g) (Mix with Melon Seeds, 與瓜子混合) (without salted egg yolk) (沒有鹹蛋黃)
▶️ Water Skin Dough 水皮麵糰 Plain Flour 普通麵粉 115g Icing Sugar 糖粉 25g Salt 鹽 2g Water 水 50ml Butter 牛油 40g
▶️ Oil Skin Dough 油皮麵糰 Plain Flour 普通麵粉 125g Purple Sweet Potato Powder 紫薯粉 12g Butter 牛油 75g
Preheat oven to 170°C and bake around 30 minutes. 烤箱預熱至 170°C,烘烤約 30 分鐘。
