當歸枸杞蒸排骨,味道真的超級香,簡單操作養生‼️❤️

食材:500克排骨,薑絲,構杞,青蔥,鹽,1勺紹興酒,少許當歸

步驟: 1)排骨洗乾淨,抹乾水分,撒上鹽調味,再加入1勺紹興酒,攪拌均勻 2)然後加入蔥白在排骨底部,把薑絲、枸杞子、當歸撒均勻包上錫紙,醃30分鐘。 3)放入滾水的蒸籠里,蒸約40分鐘至熟即可就成了😋
