Today we make Muah Chee , Muah Chee is the Chinese version of 『mochi』which is a very famous street snack in Malaysia and Singapore. There are not many ingredients and it is very simple to make !
Muah Chee
Serves 3-4 pax
Ingredients: 200g glutinous rice flour 25g tapioca flour 330ml water 15ml cooking oil
*Stir all the ingredients evenly, pour it into a 7-inch steaming pot that has been greased with oil, and steam over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
Filling: 150g peeled peanuts (150 degrees, roast for 10 minutes, blender become ground peanut) 40g caster sugar *Mixed and, set aside
Scallop Crisp: 6 small shallots (sliced and fried into scallop Crisps)

麻糍
分量:3-4 人份
材料: 200克 糯米粉 25克 木薯粉 330毫升 水 15毫升 食油
*將全部材料攪拌均勻,倒入一個已抹上油的7寸蒸盆中,用中火蒸約20分鐘。
餡料: 150克 去皮花生 (150度,烤10分鐘,用攪拌機打碎) 40克 細砂糖 *兩者溷合,備用
蔥酥: 6粒小蔥頭(切片,炸成蔥酥)
