馬來香辣炒米粉（Mee Siam）酸酸辣辣好滋味，做法超級簡單😋

食材：400克米粉，7-8隻蝦，少許鹽，少許胡椒粉，20克蝦米，1片豆乾，1把豆芽，2顆雞蛋，1勺豆瓣醬，半碗清水，1勺鹽，半勺雞精粉，黃瓜絲，1顆酸柑

辣椒糊：1把辣椒干（提前浸泡），5粒紅蔥頭，5瓣蒜，少許食用油攪成泥

步驟： 1）熱油煎雞蛋，取出切成絲備用 2）再爆香蝦米，加入辣椒糊&1勺豆瓣醬，炒至均勻變深紅色，加入蝦&豆乾炒至熟 3）倒入半碗清水，把米粉&豆芽一起加進來翻炒均勻，1勺鹽，半勺雞精粉繼續翻炒就可以出鍋啦‼️ 4）裝盤，撒上雞蛋絲、黃瓜絲擠上酸杆汁就可以開吃了❤️😋 　　 Malay spicy stir-fried rice noodles (Mee Siam) are sour and spicy, it tastes good, the recipe is super simple😋
