食材: 300顆馬鈴薯、培根6片,少許胡椒粉,1勺蛋黃醬,2勺牛奶,少許鹽
照燒汁:2勺生抽,1勺蚝油,1勺蜂蜜,3勺清水攪拌均勻
做法: 1️⃣土豆去皮切片上鍋蒸20分鐘,趁熱壓成泥,加入少許胡椒粉,1勺蛋黃醬,2勺牛奶,少許鹽拌勻 2️⃣土豆泥整理成圓柱形,用培根捲起來,放入鍋煎至每一面都焦黃,倒入照燒汁,煮至全面都沾上照燒汁就可以出鍋啦❤️
