📌做法: 牛油和糖高速打發大約十分鐘至變乳白色。 將雞蛋一粒一粒加入以低速打勻。 篩入蛋糕粉用切拌方式攪拌均勻,之後倒入牛奶攪拌至順滑。 倒入紙杯中,用牙籤在麵糊表面上攪一攪,放些雜果乾。 在180攝氏度的預熱烤箱中烘烤25分鐘。
