馬來糕點Kuih Keria番薯甜甜圈的做法,外層酥脆,內里鬆軟,超級好吃
食材:400克番薯、1勺鹽、100克麵粉、1勺粘米粉、食用油、3勺糖、2勺清水
1)把番薯去皮切片,準備一鍋熱水加1勺鹽把番薯放入煮至熟軟,大約15分鐘 2)準備100克麵粉、1勺粘米粉攪拌均勻備用 3)把煮軟的番薯撈出,壓成泥再加入調好的粉 揉成麵糰,再休面15分鐘 4)手塗上食用油,取一部分麵糰揉成圓形再壓扁再戳個洞就可以啦 5)熱鍋熱油,把番薯圈下鍋用中小火炸至定型,取出再二次翻炸再取出備用 6)鍋留底油,加入3勺糖2勺清水,開中小火把它炒至融化出現多泡泡,就可以加入番薯圈一起快速翻炒,裹上糖就做好啦❤️
