▶️ Ingredients 材料: 2 whole eggs (2個 全蛋) 5 egg yolks (5個 蛋黃) 100g sugar (100克 細砂糖) 140g coconut milk (140克 椰漿) 180g tapioca starch (180克 木薯澱粉) 1g yeast (1 克 酵母) 30ml warm water (30毫升 溫水)

📌 Procedure: 1. Mix 2 whole eggs + 5 egg yolks + fine sugar, and beat until the color turns white and the volume becomes larger. 2. Add coconut milk, and tapioca starch, and beat evenly. 3. Warm and hydrate the yeast, pour it into step 2, mix well, and leave it at room temperature to ferment for about 4 hours until the surface is full of bubbles. 4. Pour the fermented batter into the cake pan mould lined with baking paper. 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes. 6. After the cake is out of the oven, it is demoulded, and it can be cut and eaten after leave until it is warm.
📌做法: 1. 把2個全蛋+5個蛋黃+細砂糖混合,攪打至顏色變白體積變大。 2. 之後加入椰漿,還有木薯澱粉,攪打均勻。 3. 酵母加溫水攪一攪,倒入步驟2中,混勻,放在室溫 發酵4個小時直到表面布滿氣泡。 4. 把發酵好的麵糊倒入放了油紙的蛋糕模具中。 5. 放在180攝氏度的預熱烤箱中烘烤30~35分鐘。 6. 出爐後脫模,放晾到溫溫熱就可以切開來吃啦。
