馬來美食【叄巴辣炒馬鈴薯天貝】的做法,又香又辣,超級好吃又下飯
食譜:10克辣椒干,少許清水、1顆洋蔥、5瓣蒜、2片天貝、2個馬鈴薯、1碗清水、半勺鹽、2勺白糖
1)把辣椒干對半切開去籽,泡溫水泡軟;加入清水腳成泥狀備用
2)把洋蔥蒜天貝切片,馬鈴薯去皮切片備用 3)熱鍋熱油,把馬鈴薯&天貝炸至金黃色,撈出備用 4)熱鍋熱油爆香洋蔥蒜片,把辣椒泥倒入炒一下,加入半碗清水,炒至水分收干,再加半碗清水;這時加入半勺鹽、2勺白糖攪拌均勻炒至醬汁黏稠
5)加入炸好的天貝&馬鈴薯片翻炒均勻就可以出鍋啦❤️
