做法:
1)五花肉冷水下鍋,加入蔥結&薑片、2個八角、1把花椒、3勺料酒,大火把水燒開再轉小火煮15分鐘,煮熟後撈出備用
2)準備醬汁,薑末、蒜末、1勺辣椒粉、1勺熟芝麻、1勺熱油、半勺鹽、4勺生抽、3勺香醋、1勺白糖、1勺香油攪拌均勻備用
3)把五花肉切成薄片,裝盤淋上醬汁再撒上蔥花香菜;香噴噴的蒜泥白肉就做好啦

practice:
