How to make McDonald’s Crispy Hash Browns. Homemade Hash Browns.
▶️ Ingredients 材料: 500g potatoes(500克 馬鈴薯) 3g salt(3克 鹽) 60g corn starch(60克 玉米澱粉)
📌 Methods: 1. Peel and cut 500 grams of potatoes into dices. 2. Soak in water and sieve to remove part of the starch 3. Put a little oil and 3 grams of salt in the pot, sauté the potatoes on low heat until the potatoes become translucent 4. Add in 60 grams of cornstarch and mix well 5. Roll out into rectangle shape and cut into pieces, round the four corners 6. Fry in the hot oil until golden brown colour on both sides.
