♦️ Ingredients 材料: Rice flour 粘米粉 200g Corn starch 玉米粉 40g Sugar 糖 60g Salt 鹽 1 tsp Water 清水 170ml

♦️ Tools 工具: Bottle Cap with holes 插洞瓶蓋 Bottle 瓶子

📌Methods: 1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. The result is a thick batter (not runny). 2. Pour the batter into the bottle. 3. Tighten the bottle cap with holes made. 4. Heat up the cooking oil. 5. Pour into the pan by lightly pressing and spinning the bottle. 6. Fold into half and fold again 7. Fry until golden brown on both side
