Ingredients: Kerang - 200g (https://fullyfishery.com/products/ful... ) Salted Egg Yolk - 3pcs Salted Egg Sauce - 1 tbsp (https://fullyfishery.com/products/ama... ) Red Chili - 1pcs Curry leaves - 10pcs Butter - 2tbsp
Batter:
Flour - 150g
Cornstarch - 40g
Baking powder - 1tbsp
Water - 250ml
Cooking oil - 250ml
Coriander
Minced ginger - 1tbsp
Minced garlic - 1tbsp
Green onion - 1tbsp
Salt - 1tbsp
Sichuan peppercorn - 1tbsp
Step: 1. Mix batter, then add coriander, minced ginger, minced garlic, green onion, salt, Sichuan peppercorn. 2. Add kerang into batter, coat evenly. 3. Fry kerang in hot oil until golden color, take out and set aside. 4. Steam salted egg yolk for 10minutes, then mash them up. 5. Add a little cooking oil, red chili, curry leaves in pot. Slightly stir fry until fragrance. 6. Add butter and mashed salted egg yolk, stir fry evenly until they melts and foamy. 7. Add fried kerang into salted egg sauce, stir fry until the sauce coats evenly.
