Palm Sugar cassava Layer: 450g peeled cassava 180ml thick coconut milk 85g coconut sugar 20g brown sugar 5 pandan leaves 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp tapioca flour

White sugar cassava layer: 450g peeled cassava 180ml thick coconut milk 80g white sugar 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp tapioca flour Note: Each layer is steamed for 10 minutes, except for the last layer for 20 minutes
