中筋麵粉 500克

常溫水 260克

1、所有食材揉成麵糰、揉至表面光滑、大約5~10分鐘
2、靜置15分鐘,讓麵糰鬆弛
3、擀開後表面抹一點水、捲成長條狀
4、分切成小饅頭放入蒸鍋
5、發酵至微微變大後、水沸騰蒸12分鐘
6、熄火、五分鐘後再開蓋(避免饅頭回縮)

- Cut into small buns and place them in a steamer.
